I have to say, it’s pretty legit. I’ve become quite acquainted with almost everyone here; most as friends, but some as people I’ve really come to dislike. It’s not a bad thing at all, actually pretty entertaining as it turns out, many people don’t like them either. Unionized in their frequently …odd… ways.

Anyway, the first thing to get used to was the left side driving. For the first time ever, I got nauseous when we drove home. I had to get used to the way people drove here with their 349853-mpg cars, which by the way are almost all diesel. Not to mention you have to look to the left FIRST before crossing a street, in which you may illegally jaywalk at anytime. I guess after almost 6 weeks, I’ll become accustomed to it.

I’ve visited Dublin 3 out of the 4 days I’ve been in Ireland- it’s a ~25 minute trip from Dun Leary and is always so lively. We took a tour with a couple of locals today and found all the best pubs and music spots- so legit. I’m assuming I’ll be back many more times, probably keeping the same 3:4 ratio I’ve had so far.

Anyway, just a preliminary update for now. I just don’t want it to be awkward when I spring into some kind of incredibly specific rant or something… But I will leave behind a panoramic picture. Click to make it bigger! (haha)
